Every package includes a quarterly review with one of our executives. A partnership puts an experienced executive in your corner all year. Add it to any package.
By the size of your organization, measured by total revenue from your most recently completed fiscal year, and by the systems you connect. Your price is set when you sign and reviewed at renewal. Starting prices are shown above; we’ll give you your exact price after a short conversation.
Each system you connect counts as one: QuickBooks and your membership CRM are two. Your membership system counts as one, no matter how many reports it supplies. Every package includes two systems and one financial entity; more are an additional fee.
Once a quarter, you meet one-on-one with an Aligned KPIs executive partner for up to an hour, by video. Every executive partner has at least 10 years as a CEO or on an executive team at an organization your size or larger. We review your numbers together and leave you with three written recommendations on what to focus on next. Bring anyone from your team you like.
Yes, on every package. Many of our customers keep a live display on the wall. You choose which view it shows, and it updates on its own through the day. You provide the TV and a device with a web browser; hardware isn’t included.
Native iPhone and iPad apps are coming in early 2027, included in every package. Each person sees what their role includes, the same as on the web.
Yes. You can move up at any time, and the difference is prorated. Moving down takes effect at renewal.
Subscriptions are annual. The launch offer locks your price for 24 months.
Yes, with Executive. Your whole board signs in for a summary-level view and their meeting materials, with no per-seat fees. On Professional, the CEO keeps the board up to date with the Weekly Board Brief.
With Professional or Executive, your staff see the Team Overview, their projects and tasks, and the KPIs they drive: new members, leads and events. On Executive, they also work from your strategic plan. They see everything except expense detail.
